Highlights of an Inspection

We encourage our clientele to accompany our inspector as he describes and observes the structural and mechanical components of the home. During the 2-3 hour inspection, the inspector will examine major systems including but not limited to, the walls, roof, floors, ceilings, foundation, heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, and grading. He will be looking for answers to questions such as: Does the roof leak? Does water get into the basement? Are there signs of moisture damage in the attic? Is the electrical service adequate? Is there heat supplied to all rooms? Is there adequate insulation? Is the hot water heater large enough for my family?
